Coastal Modern Restoration
This comprehensive restoration focused on the seamless integration of artisanal craftsmanship with modern sustainable materials. We utilized reclaimed white oak for the custom cabinetry, paired with hand-finished plaster walls to create a soft, organic texture throughout the living spaces. The industrial accents are reflected in the precision-engineered steel hardware and minimalist lighting fixtures.
Technical challenges included reinforcing the coastal-facing structure while maintaining the open-plan fluidity requested by the client.
